Pepper and Salt model

I use the Pepper and Salt model to explain my vision of coaching. A good coach has to play the role that pepper and salt is for a meal. Pepper improves the taste and salt enhances it. It is inspired by my first maitre hotel who tried (sometimes desperately) to pick us up the pepper and salt after the maincourse. The first element is the employee. You have to develope him, to motivate him and delegate tasks to him. The second element is the environment that the coach has to enable: good working conditions, provide the best tools possible and create a good work atmosphere
